Make a Canva account

Step 1:

Go to canva.com and sign up

Step 2:

Use gmail to sign up or any email you want to use

Load the template

Click the link provided on the PDF file to go to the template

Step 2:

Click the element you want to link (you can put link on elements, texts, photos)

Step 2:

Click then paste the URL you want to link

Publish Website

Click to see more options. Then click

Select "Web Style" (choose "Standard")

note:

You will use the link to share on your social media, etc

Texts

Step 1:

Double click the text box you want to edit

Step 2:

Change the text

Step 1:

Click on the toolbar located on the left side of your Canva screen

Step 2:

Click "Add a heading" or "Add a subheading" or "Add a little bit of body text"

SHORTCUT: press "T"

Step 3:

Change the text

Change text color

Step 1:

Click on the text box you want to edit

Step 2:

Click located on top of your Canva screen

Step 3:

Colors will appear on the left side of your Canva screen then pick the color you want

Photos

Click on the toolbar located on the left side of your Canva screen

Step 2:

Click to start uploading images

SHORTCUT

Drag and drop your photos to the left side of your Canva screen or directly to the editing area

Step 1:

Click on the toolbar located on the left side of your Canva screen

Step 2:

Select a photo you want then drag and drop to the editing area

note

if you're replacing a photo on the template, drag and drop where the current photo is located. This will automatically replace the current photo

Elements

Click on the toolbar located on the left side of your Canva screen

Step 2:

Search the element you want (example: plant, Christmas, square, etc)

Transparency

Click the photo you want to adjust transparency

Step 2:

Click located on the upper right side of your Canva screen

Locking Elements

If you lock an element, you won't be able to edit it

Click located on the upper right side of your Canva screen then click

NOTE: To get out of grid view, click the same icon or select the page you want to edit
